THE HOLLAND PEN BUILDING
123 EAST FOURTH
STREET
CINCINNATI, OHIO
The Holland Pen building is a group of three pre-Civil War buildings located 123 East Fourth Street (between Walnut and Main streets) adjoining Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company and Fourth and Walnut Centre in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. These five-story buildings are the last buildings of this size and age in the heart of the commercial center of the city, being located within a two-block radius of all the major downtown office buildings. The buildings were completely gutted and fully rehabilitated and joined into one building, with each floor being the same level. The building was awarded the prestigious Preservation Award from the Miami Purchase Association and the building is listed in the National Registry of Significant Historic Buildings.
THE PARKING FACILITIES MARKED WITH A " P" ON THE MAP BELOW IDENTIFY OVER 1000 PARKING SPACES WITHIN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS OF OUR CENTRALLY LOCATED BUILDING. HOWEVER, THE FOUNTAIN SQUARE LOCATION IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.
