Donald “Rusty” Morrisroe represents corporations and individuals in business matters, commercial litigation, employment law, and real estate, as well as individuals in personal injury matters. He brings determination, tenacity, and passion to his work.

As a corporate and business lawyer, Rusty provides counsel to both existing and new companies and entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience regarding business formation, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, and a variety of business contracts including purchase, non-compete, and non-disclosure agreements.

As a labor and employment lawyer, Rusty represents both employers and individual employees. He provides employers with advice and counseling, drafts employee handbooks and policies, and represents companies in the defense of lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination. In addition, many of Rusty’s clients are highly compensated executives and professionals seeking guidance on career transition issues, job offers, employment contracts, executive compensation, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.

As a litigator, Rusty represents businesses and individuals in employment, commercial litigation, breach of contract, trade secrets, non-competition, deceptive trade practices, and unfair competition matters. Rusty also represents individuals in personal injury matters.
